After playing sports his entire life, Dr. Holden pursued physical therapy to help him return to the field following major injuries. His personal experiences with physical therapy, combined with his passion for working with people, inspired him to become a physical therapist and assist others in doing what they love. Dr. Holden earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Quinnipiac University. While completing his education, he provided free physical therapy services to the greater New Haven area. Through this experience, he developed a deep passion for sports rehabilitation and orthopedics. He currently serves as an adjunct lab professor for orthopedics at Bryant University. In his free time, Dr. Holden plays in local men's hockey leagues and enjoys hiking or relaxing at the lake.
