I offer thoughtful evaluations and treatment plans that may include medication, supportive therapy, or a combination tailored to your needs. My approach is always collaborative.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, I’ll take the time to get to know you—your concerns, your history, and what brings you in. I conduct a thorough diagnostic evaluation to understand not just symptoms, but the bigger story around your emotional, social, and physical health. Then we’ll discuss options for treatment, which may include talk therapy, medication, or both, depending on your needs and preferences. I do incorporate elements of therapy into my sessions and value open, ongoing conversation as part of the healing process. Follow-ups are collaborative and focused on tracking progress, adjusting the plan when needed, and helping you feel more in control of your mental health
