About Dr. Brendan Boyle

Dr. Brendan Boyle is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, long-distance running, and track & field. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Rhode Island and holds a Bachelor's degree from Brown University. He loves to empower patients to find ways to take control of their pain on their own in addition to helping them in the clinic. He is passionate about helping patients understand how their musculoskeletal system works and putting their injuries in a context they can understand.
When he's not treating patients at the clinic, he spends his time running (often in road races), fishing, playing guitar and bass, and binge-watching shows on Netflix. He also makes time to watch his favorite sports teams ? the Patriots, Celtics, or Red Sox ? play.

Very friendly and they make sure everything they have you do is comfortable and not hurting. I’ve been to PT 2x for my condition and I feel as though this is really helping. The only thing I would like to see is more of the therapist work on me during my session and save the alone treatments for at home.

I am a personal trainer (since 1997) and a running coach. I have run 35 Boston Marathons and 56 marathons overall. I am 71 years old. I can tell you that I have been to many professionals (PT, advanced biostructual correction, shock wave therapy, dry needling, chiropractic adjustments, ART and more) for my issues over the years and so have my clients. Your team is by far the best I have worked with in all my years. I can tell that everyone knows their job and they are interested in helping me. I am extremely impressed with the treatment I am receiving from Brendan Boyle. I avoided seeking help to "fix" my shoulder because I find too many things "wrong" when I go to PT. Brendan came highly recommended by Trish at Marathon Sports. She knows my issues with how PT treatments go. I am thrilled that Brendan is able to meet all my requirements! I will surely continue with him to get my should better. I have confidence that he will work with me to make that happen. I am grateful and pleased to find a PT that handles therapy this way, since I have had unpleasant interactions in the past. Whenever I discuss treatment options with friends or clients, we go over our concerns from past experiences. I feel great that I have a good option for myself and to recommend to other. I am sure that you are very proud of the excellent services that you provide and you should be. During the pandemic, I was not sure I wanted to be in a situation with so many others, but Brendan and your staff are handling everything perfectly. Thank you for this opportunity to let you know how pleased I am with Brendan, your team and services. I enjoy and feel good that I am working with someone who I know is competent and pays attention to details while working with me.
