She is a good doctor. She listens and communicates well and paraphrases to let you know that she is listening, before she ceases the doctor-to-patient visit she makes sure you are satisfied with the visit and that your issues are addressed.

Love Dr. Ahmad. She really listens and is very approachable which is rare for NYC doctors. She has one receptionist that’s a bit surly but other than that, it was a very smooth appointment.

Receptionist girl was nice but I never saw the doctor. I understand that I was late but mind you there was no one else in the waiting room just me! If there was other patients then of course I would understand but there was NO ONE IN THE WAITING ROOM BUT ME! So she could have seen me but she chose not too.

Dr. Ahmad was outstanding. She asked all the right questions and made me feel truly heard, especially given my health concerns related to my family history. She clearly explained the next steps for reviewing my blood work and delivered on her promise regarding the turnaround time. I really appreciate her thoroughness and prompt responses to my messages. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, and I experienced little to no wait time. Overall, a great experience!

Dr. Ahmad was very friendly and answered all the questions I had. I definitely recommend her and will be going back! My only concern was that I booked my appointment through Zocdoc and when I showed up, it didn’t appear that they had my appointment in the system and had to squeeze me in.

This was my first visit. I went in on a work day even though I was very short on time. I arrived fifteen minutes before my appointment as I was asked to. They were ready to see me immediately! I was in and out and got back to work quickly due to how professional and prepared the staff, nurse and Doctor are. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming as soon as I stepped into the office as well as on my way out. Nurse was very professional and friendly, Doctor Ahmad answered all of my question and concerns and has great bedside manner. Definitely made a good decision in making this my PCP office!

Dr. Ahmad and Wendy (the nurse) were great. They were kind, gentle, and helpful. I appreciated that Dr. Ahmad took the time to get to know me and listened to my concerns. I felt very comfortable discussing my personal information with her. Definitely will recommend her!
The staff member in the front was not friendly and she made a comment to another staff member (loudly) that made me feel uncomfortable.
