Getting to know Dr. Aaron Banas

I provide therapy from a whole-person approach. In our initial sessions, we will work on establishing goals for treatment and getting to know you, along with your needs and how you may best benefit from therapy. I like to take therapy outdoors as often as possible, and while I do not have a traditional office, I enjoy meeting clients in the community-at parks, hiking trails, and other natural settings. I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from The George Washington University, which has equipped me with the skills to support you in a personalized and holistic way.
