I believe in helping clients feel better, not just heard. At Renewed Mind Works, you’ll receive personalized, attentive care designed to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and more. Sessions are supportive, judgment-free, and focused on practical strategies that work. Whether this is your first time seeking help or you’re returning to care, we’ll create a plan tailored to your life and goals.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Your first appointment is a 60-minute session, during which we’ll explore what is bringing you in and what you’d like to achieve. From there, we’ll create a plan together—this might include ongoing medication management, therapy check-ins, or both. Follow-up appointments are typically 30 minutes long and offer continued support, adjustments, and space for growth. Everything is done virtually, so you can attend from the comfort of your own home with a schedule that works for you.

We are in-network with select commercial insurance plans. If we’re not in-network with your plan, you are welcome to self-pay or request a superbill to submit for out-of-network benefits.
We offer a limited number of sliding-scale slots for clients experiencing financial hardship. These rates are available on a first-come basis and are provided on an honor system. If you're unable to pay the standard rate, we will do our best to accommodate you based on current availability. We offer two reduced-rate options based on financial need. Please let us know if $125 or $100 per session is more manageable, and we’ll check if there’s an available slot.
