About Dr. Aaron Kim

Dr. Kim received his undergraduate degree with honors at University of Southern Illinois. He then attended the William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine for his doctorate degree and later served our military veterans at Jesse Brown Chicago Veterans Affairs Medical Center for completion of nationally recognized surgical residency program serving as chief resident. During his time in Chicago, Dr. Kim also finished his European Foot and Ankle fellowship under the training of world renowned surgeons in England and Germany. He specializes in a variety of foot and ankle pathologies including treatment of sports injuries with the latest techniques and technologies to fighting diabetes with preventative care and limb salvage procedures. In his free time, Dr. Kim enjoys playing basketball, golf, soccer and roots for his favorite Chicago sport teams including the Bears, Blackhawks, Bulls, Cubs and the White Sox. Dr. Kim is also bilingual and fluent in Korean to accommodate the Korean-American populations as well. Dr. Kim also enjoys teaching and devotes time as an adjunct clinical instructor at Chicago Veterans Hospital and currently works as a Wound Care Specialist at Adventist La Grange Hospital Wound Care Center.
