“Just on instinct, I moved from another podiatrist and luckily found Dr Pearl. So glad I did! Dr Pearl and his assistants took much more time to listen to me and explain their treatment plan. (I felt rushed and ignored at the previous larger podiatrist’s office.) Dr Pearl also has more up to date treatments! I highly recommend Dr Pearl and his team!”

From getting the appointment to seeing the doctor everything was handled very professionally and with great ease.
Dr Pearl was very thorough with the evaluation by asking many questions. Would highly recommend.
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a doctor appointment. Do not recommend.
Efficient. Good listener. Gave me a reasonable and conservative plan of action. Clearly explained options. Would recommend.

This was an excellent experience Very Professional yet charming and informative

My medical issues were discussed loudly and another patient was present in the small office, so they could hear.

I waited for my online appointment for 15+ minutes and I never received a call or any email with instructions how to access the meeting

Clear explanations, confident diagnosis.
Verified patient
Dr. Pearl is very thorough and spends a ton of time with his patients. Patients are not stacked right on top of each other, which allows the doctor to take his time and explain a range of treatment options.

Not a professional office, overly casual (I recognize this is subjective). They were all eating at the front desk when I came in which I have never seen in a doctor’s office. The Dr and staff were nice enough but the treatment itself didn’t ultimately work and I ended up seeing a different podiatrist who was able to fix the problem.
Dr. Pearl offers many services and tutorials to educate and provide information on a variety of foot and ankle issues. He provides realistic and cost effective treatments and solutions. He provides a variety of diagnostic technology to pinpoint issues. His website is excellent, it provides a full list of his services, products he sells and explanations of procedures and treatments.

The doctor was more interested in talking g to someone on the phone about getting a new device. I came for an ingrown toenail but he wanted to talk about passed feet issues instead and focused on things I did not come for as it pertained to the machine he wanted to get.

Dr.Aron was very patient with my teenager that’s terrified of needles and doctors. He made her feel comfortable and now she goes to him with no issue. Great doctor

I can't say enough great things about Dr Pear;! I came in with a painful ingrown toenail, and from the moment I walked into the office, I knew I was in good hands. He was incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable, explaining every step of the procedure in a way that put me at ease. The treatment was quick and virtually painless, and I felt relief almost immediately. The aftercare instructions were clear, and my toe healed beautifully. If you're dealing with an ingrown toenail or any foot-related issue, I highly recommend Dr. Pearl—truly the best in the field!

Dr. Pearl and his team were fantastic. I injured my foot running this week after buying a new pair of sneakers, and needed to see someone immediately. Not only were they able to fit me in, but they called to understand the problem prior to me visiting the office. When I arrived, Dr. Pearl was very attentive, knowledgeable, and gave me several recomendations for after care. I even left with a new pair of running shoes that they had in office. I'll for sure be back prior to my marathon in October.

Worst Dr. I have ever seen in my life! I was waiting about 15 minutes with pain and Dr. was talking with his cellphone! When I protested, they took me inside. The doctor is still talking loudly on his cell phone! He didn't talk to me, nor did he examine me, when he was busy with his cell phone! He did 3 X-ray of my feet while he was speaking with his cellphone! and did not give any explanation about the X-Ray. When I came to ask a question, he spoke to me very rudely and harshly! In the end, they charged me about $200, $110 for a walking boot that costs $43 on Amazon!!! Never come to this doctor! never He was still talking on his cellphone when I left his office!!!!!

I’ve never had a podiatrist spend so much time with me as a patient. Dr. Pearl was detailed, knowledgeable and provided a plethora of treatment options. It was quite an experience!

Dr. Pearl was great! The treatment went well and I'm excited to implement his recommendations. I also discovered that we both are in the running world which was fun to relate on!

I did not feel welcomed when I interacted with the Dr. Pearl. I was sitting in the waiting room and looked up, and noticed Dr. Pearl staring at me and then walked away. He then came back, introduced himself and walked me back to the room I was to go in. He barely touched my feet and midway through the conversation, orthopedic shoes were already being prepared for me. He spoke very little and he gave me an ankle brace and told me to put it on and walked away. I asked questions but still walked away not knowing exactly what was going on with my foot. He told me to come back in 2 weeks but there was never a date set. The front desk person(who was an angel and a wonderful person) helped me put the shoes on and explained how the shoe was made and Dr. Pearl appeared to be antisocial. The front desk clerk worked with me because I had a problem with my insurance. With her, I was able to straighten out the issue.
Dr. Pearl certainly means well. But he comes off as more ADHD than me. He was trying to actively manage two patients at a time. That may be standard, but it comes off as a flurry when both exam rooms are open, and then he moved me from the exam room to the x-ray to the waiting room. He finished my consultation in the waiting room with another patient sitting next to me. And then he forgot to go over my X-ray with me; I had to remind him. He was also examining another patient down the hall and had that door open so I could hear the full conversation. We jumped around so much, it was hard to understand my simple diagnosis and prognosis. But the worst thing was that discussing my health history in front of a stranger is absolutely a HIPAA violation. Cannot recommend. Go somewhere else.

I went to Dr. Pearl for a diagnosis on a reoccurring issue with my big toe. I left without a diagnosis or treatment options, and with an shocking bill for socks (that he made) and an X-ray. It was such a bad visit that I immediately got a second opinion the following week. Dr. Pearl took an x-ray of my foot and then encouraged me to buy compression socks, which I didn’t realize were not covered by my insurance until it was time for me to pay. Another oddity about this office is that he only accept payment using Venmo or Zelle — I’m not sure if that’s an emerging practice for medical offices, but it certainly was strange. Lastly, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Dr. Pearl’s weird bedside manner. He barely touched my feet to examine my toes and left me with no diagnosis. The appointment ended with him giving me a rough handshake — another oddity. The following week I sought a second opinion, was diagnosed, and given treatment options.

Easy to get an appointment. Friendly and helpful office staff. Dr. Pearl clearly communicated the options for my procedure and answered all my questions. Good follow up as well. Overall great experience.

This doctor was so bizarre

terrible experience.
I was waited on within 10 minutes after I arrived, the Dr., came in and I explained to him my situation, he verified what I told him, and he then began the process of correcting my issues. He first numbed the problem areas and within the hour after the numbing took, the Dr., corrected and problems and I was out of his office within the hour. I thought I was going in for consultation, but the Dr., went right to work and corrected my problem. I'm a very satisfied patient.

I was seen immediately, very friendly staff. explained everything in a clear concise way and I got the necessary treatment that i needed. i found the whole process very efficient.

Very unorganized and messy office. Unprofessional and was on his phone most of the visit. As a new patient I was appalled. Did not listen to my concerns as he was very dismissive regarding my situation, I would not recommend going. Did not receive an invoice for services just a flat rate. The front desk workers were not very pleased with his behavior, and the way he spoke to them. He rushed through the appointment and didn’t answer my questions. Left the door open during my X-rays that I did not need. I could go on and on. 2/10 rating.
Very good experience!

The provider did not offer a treatment plan or additional information regarding my issue. He tried to sell me shoes and told me about his podcast. I will not be returning.

0/10 recommend.
This was my first visit, Dr Pearl and his staff was very attentive, Dr Pearl presented several options in which, I was not expecting… he answered and advised us on the questions my daughter and I provided. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about my situation. His staff was so patient and caring… I was able to relax with a new doctor… He proceeded my expectations, I wasn’t expecting a follow up so soon.

Dr. Pearl is a terrific doctor. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in podiatry, is a good listener to determine my needs, and is an effective communicator when explaining medical conditions and treatment alternatives, in an easy to understand way. His staff is friendly, very nice and provide exceptional support for the medical practice. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and I left with a better sense of well being and a positive outlook for my foot health going forward.

I went in for pain in my feet and was diagnosed with a bunch of issues. The doctor didn’t explain how much the appointment would cost and it felt like the entire appointment was a branding/sales pitch. He tried to get me to pay an exorbitant amount of money for an electromagnetic treatment which wasn’t covered by insurance because it has no basis in medicine. Dr. Pearl would walk in, tell me to watch one of his youtube videos, leave, and return to tell me to watch another one. I was not heard and it didn’t seem like he cared much. Worst experience i’ve had at a doctors office. I went to another provider in the area and they have already been twice as helpful. Look elsewhere.
I was very happy that the doctor was able to do the ultrasound during my appt. I was expecting that would require an additional appt. It saved me an additional trip and time.
