My approach is practical and collaborative. We define what matters most, build skills you can use right away, and make sure the work holds up in real life, not only in session. I hold a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin in Madison and have over a decade of clinical training experience, including approximately five years in dual diagnosis care. I am an Affiliated Provider with the National Basketball Players Association and am listed with the National Register of Health Service Psychologists. Sessions are private and held by secure video.
