Abbeygail Jiongco, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner providing primary medical care services at San Diego Medical Group. Abbeygail (Abbey) Jiongco was born in Manila, Philippines, and she is bilingual, fluent in Tagalog. She started her nursing career in 2011 at the University of West Florida and continued her education at United States University, where she earned a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Abbey's experience includes clinical care of adults and the elderly who suffer from chronic diseases. She conducts all Well Woman and Gynecology exams at San Diego Medical Group. She also has extensive experience in Nephrology, where she has provided care for patients on dialysis who have end-stage renal disease. Abbey's goal is to provide individualized, comprehensive care that aims to prevent disease, maintain health, and improve quality of life. Healthcare is ever-changing with new innovations and research, and Abbey continues to learn and implement excellence in evidence-based practice. I received multiple text and call reminder, it feels more to say we reminded you about your appointment than truly care about the patient experience. I was 15 minute for background intake time not my actual appointment. I filled out half of my info on Zocdoc, they unwilling to take me in. Their excuse was 15 min late. I explain myself extensively for reason, she just throw reminder call as an excuse. I didn’t see the provider but if it takes them one mistake to decline a patient care, I have no interest in going back again.

Great experience! Felt very comfortable talking to Abbeygail and the rest of the team regarding my health concerns. Seamless process to get my normal prescriptions, great communication from the office! Would highly recommend!

My visit was a breeze! I got to address every issue I was concerned about and was met with active listening and solutions with an explanation! Everything response was clear, thoughtful and proactive. Will be my new primary and i recommend anyone and everyone to see her and the staff! So thankful!

I would highly recommend Dr. Jiongco! The office was very clean, functional, and located in a larger hospital with ample parking, office directions, etc. The staff was friendly and the wait time was less than 5mins. And Dr. Jiongco herself was friendly, kind, patient, attentive, and helped refer me to the appropriate specialists. I'd happily return for my next appt.
