We are here to help.
We provide psychiatric and behavioral services through virtual consultations/telehealth, psychiatric medication management, psychotherapy (talk therapy), and emotional support. In-office visits are also available as needed. Are you struggling with anxiety, mood issues, concentration or focus difficulties, psychosis, substance abuse, or other behavioral challenges? Our services are patient-focused. Together, we can help you achieve or return to your highest level of functioning and satisfaction.
Having trouble falling or staying asleep, struggling with self-esteem, feeling anxious or restless, experiencing difficulty concentrating or focusing, feeling down, hopeless, or worthless, facing extreme mood fluctuations, relationship issues, hearing voices or delusions, or disruptions in your daily life? We can work together to help you reach your highest level of functioning.
We provide quality, convenient mental health care with empathy, compassion, and client-centered care. Our treatments address depression, anxiety, stress, relationship and social issues, mood disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and trauma-related disorders, including PTSD. Together, we can achieve your goals.
I hold a Master's in Nursing from Walden University and an Associate's degree from Prince George's Community College, which support my commitment to delivering comprehensive and compassionate mental health care.

We provide psychiatric diagnosis, medication management, psychotherapy (talk therapy), and emotional support.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
Clients should confirm we cover their insurance.
Request appointment date and time per availability.
Complete the intake form emailed via Google form.
Provide insurance information and upload insurance card (s).
We will immediately review your completed intake form and confirm your appointment.
Initial evaluations take between 45 minutes to an hour.

Ongoing session: $150 for 45 minutes

I would highly recommend Dr. Doza. He actually listened, took notes, was very patient and well educated on my illness. I had been looking for a new doctor because my old one didn't accept my insurance anymore and I didn't want to go over the whole meet and greet again. This doctor made me feel comfortable with explaining my past history and what was going on with me now. For the first time since December my mind was not racing at the end of the night and I was able to get some much needed sleep. He was definitely a breath of fresh air and I would recommend to anyone looking for that provider who genuinely cares about your well-being. Thank you Dr. Doza. See you at our next session.
