“It’s a nice office and great nurses and doctors but the wait time should be shorter and they should have public WiFi also the lady that drew my blood asked me a crazy question asked if I was part of the rehabilitation center people because they was there when I was there i feel that she was being funny but if I never said I was with them don’t ask me no crazy question like that again thanks but other than that I liked the office it’s almost 30 min drive to I don’t like that but they real nice”

I didn't see the MD I scheduled with. There was a nurse practitioner, but also a guy on a video call on a laptop, that was not the MD, asking me questions. No one explained anything about this or who he was to me. I never saw the doctor, even though he was there and I scheduled to see him. Bizarre and disappointing.

I am not one that visits a Doctor’s office often and this was my first appointment I have had in 12 years for my care, I am so very happy for an amazing Doctor and his support staff.
From start to finish, looking for a Doctor and making an appointment was done same day in all of a matter of minutes and after picking up my prescription, I spent a total of 3 hours in total.
For sure I hope my physician and medical support team for now as long as I am in Michigan and the Doctor remains here.
Thank You Dr Saad and Staff for taking care of me so quickly and being great people.

All the staff, nurses, and Dr. are all very friendly and caring. I didn't wait long the 2 times I have been there. The Phlebotomist is perfect for drawing blood. I finally found the best group of medical staff in my area. Another bonus is the pharmacy that is right inside, so you can leave with your prescription if one is needed. I highly recommend everyone and new patients to this Drs. office.
