I saw Abhijit for sleep issues. He was very educational in his approach and recommended both behavioral adjustments and over-the-counter supplements, such as magnesium, to help.
10/10. I would highly recommend him. The West needs more holistic medicine doctors and fewer reactive 'here, take this pill' doctors.

Before finding Dr. Kanthala, I had already been to the ER four times and seen another primary care doctor. The difference between those experiences and my time with him is night and day. Where others made me feel like just another patient to move through quickly, he truly saw me as a person who was hurting. I originally scheduled my appointment for one specific issue, but he took the time to look beyond that. He reviewed my intake form and focused on what I needed, not just for the immediate concern, but for the ongoing issues I’ve been dealing with for nearly 10 years. He isn’t there to push treatments or just manage symptoms. Instead, he helped identify long-standing problems and worked with me to create a plan to actually address them, rather than simply masking them with medication. By the end, I felt seen, heard, validated, and hopeful. I truly believe that if I had found him sooner, my health would be in a much better place today. I’m deeply grateful for his care and time.
