Abhineet Chowdhary, MD, FAANS is a Board Certified and Fellowship Trained Neurosurgeon. He specializes in brain surgery, spine surgery, and vascular/endovascular neurosurgery. Before joining Innovative Injury Solutions, Dr. Chowdhary played a key role in establishing the Overlake Neuroscience Institute at Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue, WA. He served as the Neuroscience Director until 2021. Originally from the Midwest, Dr. Chowdhary pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin. He obtained his Medical Degree from The Ohio State University, followed by his internship and residency at The University of Washington. His global experience includes an international fellowship at Atkinson-Morley Hospital in London. Subsequently, he undertook a two-year fellowship at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles before returning to the Northwest. Dr. Chowdhary holds memberships in several prestigious medical associations, including the American Association of Neurological Surgery (AANS), Congress of Neurological Surgery (CNS), CNS Section on Tumors and Vascular, the Society of Neurointerventional Surgery (SNIS), and the North American Spine Society (NASS). He has also served as the past President of the Washington State Association of Neurological Surgery.
