Her tone was very timid, not warm. No enthusiasm, and imagine, she barely smiled!!!! The appointment atmosphere was soooo unwelcoming. Im sorry to say that, but it is what it is. And yes, she definitelyyyyy needs to change her attitude! I hope she does, for the sake of new patients! New patients would think this is the norm, if it was their first time, which is unfortunate and NOT TRUE. Thankfully, I have seen previous providers for some time now, and I recognized her timid, unwelcoming tone and attitude. Sorry Doctor, but this is me being honest. And im glad the treatment path we did not agree on, that is good !!!! and Im happy about it, because I couldn’t imagine seeing her every month. God Forbid.

When it came to medication, she thoroughly explained all the options and why she selected a particular for my history and set of conditions. In a long time my son hasn’t been happier after meeting with this provider. She connected very well with my adult son who has had challenges with other local providers. She accommodated us despite the short notice and er tight schedule. She even call my son the following day to check up on him. I am unable to disclose my son’s condition because of doctor policy but anyone who is in similar situation would appreciate this provider.
