I hold a Master's in Nutrition and Dietetics from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's from The University of Akron. As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I work with clients using a weight-neutral and body-positive approach. In the pursuit of health, it can be easy to get trapped by diet culture messages that make us think we need to restrict our favorite foods to support our health goals. Clients are empowered to make daily food choices that support their health goals without judgment and without rigid rules. Cool, right?

Working with Aby has been a great experience. She takes the time to understand your goals, current nutrition intake and identify opportunities to be more intentional. Aby's approach has helped to shift my initial perceptions about feeling like I should "go on a diet" to instead raising aware of the food groups I get enough of vs where I do not. Our incremental, regular adjustments and check-ins have helped me make progress that I would have otherwise not been able to do by myself. 10/10 recommend Aby Fewel!
