Many young adults struggle with mental health or substance use issues but are reluctant to seek treatment because they're afraid of being stigmatized. I provide a non-judgmental space and personalized treatment plans so people can experience the deep healing they need to become the best versions of themselves.
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with diverse knowledge and skills in medicine and mental health. I earned my Master's in Nursing from the State University of New York, Stony Brook, and hold bachelor's degrees from the State University of New York, Buffalo, and Pennsylvania State University. I am passionate about teaching and reducing the stigma associated with mental health. My goal is to provide compassionate, science-based care to my clients and reduce the stigma surrounding mental and psychiatric health, substance abuse, and addiction by advancing healthcare access, providing educational opportunities, and advocating for my clients.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
I take a holistic approach to care and consider all factors contributing to your clinical presentation so we can develop a treatment plan that lets them back control of their lives, on their own terms. I work in collaboration with the patients and their families to develop comprehensive and culturally sensitive treatment plans that are tailored to the individual client. In my practice, patients and their families have a safe space to verbalize concerns and have autonomy in their care.
