She asked I register on a patient portal and am able to see visit summary, labs and update my mediations on my profile. I can also request labs to my quest diagnostics easily from comfort of my home and without having to wait 2 months for a visit. ”

I had a nice experience with Dr. Soto. I needed help with a routine refill of my Viagra refill, and the virtual appointment was simple and convenient. She carefully reviewed my medical history, current medication, and recent laboratory results before discussing the refill. Dr. Soto was thorough, professional, and easy to talk to. I appreciated how clearly she explained everything and would definitely recommend her. She also speaks Spanish which was a plus for me.
