I provide functional & metabolic psychiatry in Atlanta for high-performing adults who want a deeper, data-driven approach to mental health. With an endocrinology-informed lens, I look beyond symptom checklists to understand the metabolic and biologic factors that can influence mood, anxiety, focus, sleep, and energy because metabolic health and mental health are inseparable.
Care begins with targeted testing to clarify metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, nutrient, gut–brain, and stress/circadian patterns.
Your results guide a precise plan for anxiety, depression, and burnout/brain fog, with medication optimization when appropriate.
This practice is designed for patients who value continuity of care and sustained results—best suited for those committed to a structured plan over time.
Fee Structure: This is a fee-for-service practice. We are an out-of-network practice with insurance. Superbill available upon request.
Access: Virtual and in-office visits in Atlanta. Same week, Evenings, and Weekend appointments available.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Boutique psychiatry with an endocrinology edge. Testing is the foundation of care. We start with targeted labs to map metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, and stress-physiology patterns, then build a precise plan to treat drivers, not just symptoms.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Step 1 – First Visit (In-Person/Virtual): Comprehensive evaluation of your medical history. We order labs to guide your care.
Step 2 – Second Visit (Virtual): Once results are back, we review them together and create your personalized plan.
Step 3 – Follow-Ups (Virtual): Ongoing visits remain virtual for your convenience, focused on progress and adjustments.
Deposit Policy: A $100 deposit is required to secure an appointment. This deposit is applied to the fee for that visit. (Membership plan patients do not need to place a deposit.)
Out-of-pocket fees and assistance
Initial session: $400 for 55 minutes
Ongoing session: $295 for 30 minutes

This is a fee-for-service practice. I do not accept insurance but provide superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
A $100 booking deposit is required.
This deposit is applied towards the cost of your visit.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or do not attend, the deposit is non-refundable.

Got my thyroid checked recently, and it turns out it’s been underperforming — explaining a lot of the fatigue and brain fog I’ve been feeling. Abi adjusted my thyroid medication and ran a few additional panels to dig deeper. She also set me up with a supplement and nutrition plan to help support thyroid function naturally. I’ll follow up with her in three weeks to see how things are improving. Finally feels like I’m on the right track to getting my energy and balance back.

I have been dealing with fatigue and low mood for several months . Abi reviewed the labs from my yearly physical. She ordered some additional tests and found my vitamin D was very low, B12 was also low. She gave me a B12 shot in the office, prescription for vitamin D+ vitamin K. I have signed up for her membership plan because she’s inspired me to take my health seriously . Her passion is contagious. Really glad I met her at the health fair last month . She’s a great PA.
