Utterly impossible to get ahold of. Even after three emails, a phone call and three faxes, my prescriptions have not been refilled, causing me to go five days without the medication I’ve been on for several years. This is the second time I’ve had a problem like this with this provider. Do not recommend unless you’re a fan of withdrawals.
great visit , i still havent been sent my medicaions a day later though and am still waiting for responses as i type even after providing everything needed. Ive never had this happen before with any doctor and hope its same day in the future

She was late to our first appt. Started off with payment discussions prior to getting started with our reason for visit, felt very rude and dismissive. After the second appt we had, she emailed me stating she had sent over an invoice a few days prior and I had yet to pay it (got lost in emails) and in her email she said "pay it up". I am certain that its very unprofessional to use that type of manner. A different approach to a delayed payment could have been taken.

Provider was not helpful and consistently showed up late to every appointment. Refills for my prescriptions were never filled on time and provider did not show me much respect. I would not recommend this provider to other patients.
    Video visit
Initial several visits were not bad, but this last visit never happened. She said multiple times she sent me the invoice, which I never received. She was also late on my prescription which nearly led to me missing a day. Then she just never showed up to the last appointment, despite me sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes completely out of medication. Either she is negligent or incompetent, and either way, not someone you want managing your mental health.

Absolutely horrible experience. - Call taken on loud lobby - Chatted with other people during my call - Kept asking same questions, which shows she was not listening

It was a quick medication check up. Went well.

Appointment was okay I suppose except for three smallish things: -She made me pay for the appointment while we were on the call, which was uncomfortable. -She wasn't willing to prescribe me more than one month (no refills) of the medication I have been taking for years because "it might change!" My needs haven't changed in decades, so I don't see she would need to have another (paid...) appointment every single month. The -I booked a same day appointment, which on ZocDoc involved getting an appointment slot and *then* being allowed to fill out paperwork. She mentioned several times how frustrated she was that I hadn't filled out the paperwork before I got the appointment slot.

This is an efficient and effective way to be seen quickly and take away your worries of getting in right away. Recommend for questions only, not for biopsies or treatment.
