I waited for the appointment, called the phone number which was not in service, contacted zocdoc which had no other response other than we’re sorry we cannot get a hold of the provider and do not have details of the appointment after uploading all of my ID and personal information and the provider still shows available appointments. Completely disappointed with my experience. I had an appointment for FOUR of my children for nothing.
