I made a second appointment at the clinic for my original issue, extreme knee pain. I had been seen by one of their regular doctors in between the two clinic visits. The second scheduled clinic visit never happened because I had seen a doctor from the regular practice, Dr. Frames. I drove to the appointment with the hopes of being seen and getting an MRI to determine what is causing the continued pain in my knee. I wish there had been a mechanism in place that would have stopped me from booking a second appointment at the clinic in the first place so I didn’t waste my time driving there without any resolution. It’s been well over a month that I have been coping with this pain and had my lifestyle negatively impacted. Hope this never happens to you
