More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Ada was very personable and made me feel comfortable when sharing a lot of delicate info. She was on the same page with what I needed for my meds and I look forward to working with her again.
Ms. Ojobo is a very pleasant and kind woman to talk with. She is open minded, solution oriented, and a great listener! I enjoy our sessions, she addresses my concerns, helps with medication management, gives excellent suggestions, and is a very caring person. I would definitely recommend this counselor to other clients browsing this site!
Asked personal questions, which I assumed were normal at the time, until this doctor gave their opinion on the timeline in which I got married, and over shared their personal information. Wasn’t very helpful with my medications, told me my medication side effects were probably just placebo effects, and didn’t really answer my questions.

She was great and made my day great after talking to her. It’s been very stress with my move. She was so encouraging and helpful

Ada was wonderful in listening to me and helping me understand what was going on. She explained everything very well and was extremely kind and funny.
Ada was very tentative and caring while she took care of my dad. She always made sure he was well taken care of and tried to put a smile on his face . If there ever was an issue she would make sure it was addressed in a prompt manner and always made sure his family was aware of any problems. Would recommend her 100 percent .
