Dr Adaku is very compassionate and listens to you. She is flexible with her time and is able to accommodate a last minute request to move an appointment if her schedule allows for it. She is knowledgeable and I trust her for helping me and my mental health. I would recommend her and services from Thriveworks to anyone who is seeking therapeutic care. On a plus side, Thriveworks is affordable and they take insurance(which is very hard to find mental health assistance in network). Just double check that they accept your insurance…additionally, I wasn’t sure if my insurance accepted the Telehealth sessions and Thriveworks phoned the insurance company with me to inquire and get pricing (ie. copay and deductibles and costs after deductibles are met). Very pleased with all my dealings with Thriveworks and Dr Adaku
She is very tentative and incredibly knowledgeable. She pointed to the things I had in mind but couldn’t articulate properly. I highly recommend her
