Dr. Adam J. Ball was born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida. He graduated from the University of Miami in December of 1994 with a B.S. in Microbiology/Immunology. He elected to remain in Miami and subsequently received his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine in May of 1999.
Dr. Ball completed his surgical internship (2000) and his residency in urology and urologic surgery (2004) at Jackson Memorial Hospital and the University of Miami School of Medicine. He was co-Chief Resident during 2003-2004. The following year was spent in Norfolk, Virginia where Dr. Ball completed an elective one-year fellowship with Devine-Tidewater Urology and the Eastern Virginia School of Medicine, where he sub-specialized in minimally-invasive surgery, stone disease and laparoscopic and robotic urologic surgery. Dr. Ball was appointed Clinical Instructor at the Eastern Virginia School of Medicine during this year.
Being from Florida, Dr. Ball relocated to the Treasure Coast and established Gulfstream Urology Associates, PA. The practice is located in St. Lucie West and serves the urologic needs for patients living in Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin and Okeechobee counties. He is an active member of the American Urological Association (AUA), Southeast Section of the AUA, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and Florida Urological Society, where he has served as President (2022-2023). He is available for consultation regarding BPH, ED, Infertility, Incontinence, UTI and a number of additional urologic conditions.

I arrived at Dr. Balls office a few minutes early. I was taken back right away, and the nurse was very friendly. Dr. Ball was in the room within 2 minutes to start the visit. He answered all my questions and set me up for additional testing to help diagnose my issue. He explained the tests and I felt very confident that we are on the right path for me.

I only waited about 2 minutes before being brought back. Dr. Ball was in a couple minutes later. He answered my questions and came up with a plan for my treatment. Great experience.

Great experience! Made appointment through the app. Easy to complete and submit paperwork via the app. No wait, seen quickly after being brought back, and processed quickly when leaving. Staff was super friendly. It doesn’t get any better than this.

Dr. Ball and his staff were both phenomenal. They were able to see me immediately and even went the extra mile to confirm my insurance was approved. (zocdoc was saying I had to go out of pocket).
