About Dr. Adam Fleischer

Our physicians are each a “Board-Certified Physician of the Foot and Ankle.” Dr. Adam Fleischer was born in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania. He earned his undergraduate degree with a double major in neuroscience and the history and philosophy of science. He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, where he is now a tenure-track associate professor. In addition to his academic role, Dr. Fleischer maintains an active clinical practice in Lakeview and serves as WFAI Director of Research. In this capacity, he has helped develop the practice’s evidence-based clinical pathways and best practices. Dr. Fleischer is a recognized opinion leader in foot and ankle surgery and a frequent lecturer at regional and national conferences. He currently serves as Chair of the Clinical Practice Advisory Committee for the APMA. In his spare time, Dr. Fleischer enjoys reading, writing, and collaborating with colleagues in Haiti to bring state-of-the-art diabetic foot services to Port-au-Prince, the country’s capital city.

Physician needs to work on his communication skills. Didn’t feel heard at all. His assistant was very friendly and helpful. Haven’t heard back about my lab results weeks later even though they said it would take a few days.
