My goal is to listen first, understand what matters most to you, and build a plan that fits your life. With secure telehealth and open communication, I’m here to support you between sessions too.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I’ll be real with you. You’ll get honesty, straight answers, and a partner in the process. Clients often tell me I’m easy to talk to because I meet them where they are, with authenticity and respect. That’s the kind of care I believe makes the difference.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Your first appointment is a conversation — not an interrogation. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’d like to change, and decide together on the next step. That may mean starting medication, adjusting what you’re already taking, or simply finding clarity in your options.
I’ll meet you where you are, keep things transparent, and help you move toward the life you want.

My visit was without a doubt, the most efficient and productive meeting/appt I've had with a health professional in YEARS!! Not only would I recommend him to my peers but to anyone in need ofa 'REAL' human being who carries himself with grave and compassion for other humans. Adam is a rare breed of human as it's hard to find people that actual care or take the time to listen!!
I'd give 10 stara if it were possible!!

Adam was amazing to work with. He truly listened to all aspects of my medical history, my wants, concerns, and needs. He has a comforting presence that makes it easy to talk freely, which is impressive considering the topics that are discussed. The whole process, from making the appointment to communicating through the app he uses, Spruce, and to the treatment, was amazingly smooth. 10/10 recommend!

Firstly, Adam was able to get me an appt the very next day that I requested it, and I really needed the appt. He was such a great communicator and even arranged to reschedule the time the morning of the appt due to a conflict that popped up on my schedule. During the appt he was a great listener, very knowledgeable and ultimately gave me all the care I needed. He also immediately sent me in the prescription that I really needed and I was able to pick that up within an hour of the appt. I will be sticking with him for a while and would highly recommend him!

I've felt a lot better since I started seeing him. Totally recommend him if you're looking for a chill but knowledgeable psychiatrist.

Adam is very flflexible with how you're appointment is handled. Phone , computer or in person. You the patient have options and Adam makes a busy life easier by being flexible.
Prescriptions refills are promptly refilled and the office staff s excellent.
Adam is a great listener who makes me feel included in decisions, not being TOLD what my treatment will be. Im never afraid to bring up ideas to Adam and he is honest in his opinions.. I have been dealing with mental issues my whole life and i feel Adam and everyone at Desert Health takes excellent care of me.
