Dr . Adam Kaplan was thorough at my appointment. From the exam to information exchanged . I came To him for a second opinion on a chronic problem. He gave his thoughts after reviewing all of the info and we decided on a course of treatment to attempt to resolve the situation. I will be following up with him in two weeks . At that point we already have possible continuing treatment options and alternative options .

Everyone in the Kaplan Podiatry’s office is professional courteous, and understanding in need of their patience. They are available to meet your needs above and beyond there normal duties they make themselves available to you on there private time which can be very comforting for someone who has just had surgery or has concerns with the development of their healing. thank you, Dr. Kaplan, and staff for always being accommodating and understanding.

Sorry to say, the provider was less than professional in his comments and manner and seemed very rushed. The visit was not thorough enough although provider seemed to be competent. Would not recommend.

I scheduled an appointment on Zocdoc for 11:30 am the night prior. They called me at 7:30am to inform me that I was double booked. They found an opening at 1:30pm. They seem to use Zocdoc and another scheduling service. Definitely call and confirm the appointment if possible. Other than that the staff was friendly and the doctor was very nice.

When entering the office, I was greeted by the very friendly staff. The wait time in the waiting room was no more than 10 minutes and I was immediately seen by the doctor.
I would highly recommend Dr. Kaplan as he is very thorough and listens intently to your concerns.
