I'm Adam Walz, a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian dedicated to helping individuals achieve lasting wellness and improved health. I bring a broad range of experience, having worked with professional and Division I athletes, pregnant and postpartum women, and individuals of all ages including children, adolescents, and adults.
