About Dr. Adan Alvarez
**Please be advised that this is a Direct Primary Care practice. This differs from a traditional practice in that patients pay a monthly membership for extended visit times and direct access to the clinic and doctor. We DO NOT BILL INSURANCES, so you can expect no copays during your visits and true privacy of your medical information. The membership price covers most things done in clinic like urine testing, EKGs, ear lavages etc. It does not cover things outside the clinic such as lab work, imaging or specialist visits. That said we can still use your insurance for these services. We also have deeply discounted cash pricing that we have negotiated and pass those saving along to our patients.
Membership pricing:
13-29yo $90 monthly
30yo+ $150 monthly
Please note there is a one time admin fee of $150 per family.
Additional family members are $125 monthly
Adan Alvarez, M.D., is a family medicine physician and founder of Luxe Primary Practice, a concierge family practice in Bellaire, Texas. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine and completed his residency in Family Medicine at Halifax Health - Center for Family & Sports Medicine.
