What should a new client know about working with you?

Adaobi believes in fostering mental wellbeing through psychotherapy, education, diet and exercise, meditation & mindfulness, and nutritional supplements to help her patients achieve their optimal wellness. Adaobi prioritizes that patients are actively involved in making well-informed decisions about their treatment plan. Adaobi believes that good therapeutic rapport, and frequent discussions to better understand the patient’s priorities and desires is an important step for setting the foundation to achieve any treatment goal.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Treatment approaches used are interpersonal, motivational interviewing and psychological testing and evaluation. What to expect after appointment request has been scheduled: Prior to your scheduled appointment time we do required copy of picture ID, a copy of your insurance card (if applicable), and forms to be completed within 24 business hours of booking appointment. We do reserve the right to cancel an appointment if we do not receive the required information in a timely manner, we will notify you in advance to give you the opportunity to reschedule.
