As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a nursing background and specialized training in diverse age groups-from children ages 5 to adults 60 years and above-I earned my Master's in Nursing from Walden University. My goal is to advocate for patients who struggle to be heard or respected and to manage their treatment with compassion, understanding, and attention to holistic care.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have over 15 years of combined work experience and have acquired an extensive background in telepsychiatry, inpatient, and outpatient mental health over the last 3 years. My clients mostly describe me as a very compassionate, knowledgeable, attentive, experienced, versatile, and goal oriented in approach. My ability to encourage, patiently communicate and explain key elements of a successful treatment plan make my services unforgettable.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The initial appointment is for therapeutically listening to you, Diagnosing, crafting a treatment plan together, and reviewing your goals. Minimal talk Therapy is part of my practice, but referrals for extensive CBT, DBT and other types of therapies are made for a list of therapists that I work with
