Valley Forge Weight Management Center offers a subscription-based weight management plan providing continuous support, guidance, and accountability for sustainable weight loss. We do not accept any insurance.
Dr. Adarsh Gupta is an author, speaker, and consultant specializing in medical weight loss and metabolic disorders. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Rowan University and completed his family medicine training at Rowan University, Kennedy Health System, and Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center. Dr. Gupta holds board certification in family medicine (American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians) and obesity medicine (American Board of Obesity Medicine).
Dr. Gupta has presented locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally on topics related to obesity, weight management, metabolic disorders, and technology in medicine. He has authored numerous textbook chapters and journal articles.
Since 2006, Dr. Gupta has been counseling people to help them achieve their healthy lifestyle goals. He believes that weight management is not just a phase but a way of life. One needs to focus not only on losing weight but also on maintaining the lost weight.
After practicing weight management for over 15 years, he has developed a unique subscription-based program that integrates accountability, calorie awareness, and goal-setting to achieve sustainable weight loss results. Dr. Gupta provides support every step of the way with lifestyle education, fitness training, diet, and medical expertise all in one place.
We offer in-person and online custom medical weight loss programs, where Dr. Gupta takes a complete medical history, assesses cardiometabolic risk, and develops a management plan that includes a combination of a healthy lifestyle, prescription medication for weight loss, or meal replacements.

I have had great success working with him and is program. I have tried other programs and have not been as successful. He is very compassionate, professional yet very motivating and will coach you through your journey. Dr. Gupta has my highest recommendation.

I've been with Dr. Gupta for nearly half a year now, and his support has been invaluable in my weight-loss progress. He emphasizes the development of healthy habits that not only aid in shedding pounds but also in maintaining a healthy weight. Dr. Gupta's responsiveness and encouragement through the messaging app have been exceptional.

Dr. Gupta is the reason for my motivation to maintain a healthy lifestyle. His mantra is not only to lose weight, but to form healthy lifelong habits for long term success, versus temporary fixes or fad diets. His knowledge, experience and desire to help his patients achieve their desired goals are what make him stand out from the rest.
Dr. Gupta patiently listened as I explained my goals and habits, made recommendations on how to achieve my goals, and is available any time that I have questions. He keeps me motivated and as more time is passing I’m getting closer and closer to achieving my goals. Truthfully, I hated going to the gym but now with Dr. Gupta’s recommendations, I get excited to go since I’ve started seeing results. And it’s only been 3 weeks!
