Throughout my experience, I’ve found that people naturally feel comfortable opening up to me, and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be completely yourself. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, I bring both clinical knowledge and a holistic perspective to my work. My education and professional experience allow me to understand the medical and mental health aspects of what you may be experiencing, while my own life experience, the challenges, growth, ups and downs, and lessons along the way, have given me a deeper sense of empathy, wisdom, and understanding. I believe that every person is different, and there is no one size fits all approach to mental health. I will take the time to understand you as an individual, listen to your concerns, and work collaboratively with you to determine what approach feels right. Whether that means medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, or a combination of approaches, we will work together toward helping you feel better, function better, and develop a healthier relationship with yourself and your life. My goal is not simply to treat a diagnosis, but to understand the person behind it. I want you to feel respected, supported, empowered, and comfortable being honest about what you’re going through. Healing is a journey, and I would be honored to walk alongside you.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
