Getting to know Adebisi Ayodele

Let's connect and work together! Are you feeling exhausted, low energy, having trouble sleeping, or feeling sad or down? Are you experiencing excessive fears, worry, or extreme feelings of guilt? Are you having difficulty coping with daily problems or stress? Do you feel withdrawn from friends and activities? Have you noticed drastic mood changes of highs and lows? There is a reason why you feel the way you do, and there is help. I am here to listen, empathize, and try to understand how these issues affect you and your loved ones. Remember, your mental health can affect your physical health. Mental health issues can present differently in individuals. Therefore, it is essential to treat the individual and not just the diagnosis. Together, we can work to identify the problem and develop a mutually agreed-upon treatment plan. Person-centered care is at the forefront of my practice model. This approach allows us to prioritize your well-being. Taking the first step to seeking support for mental health issues can be intimidating, but this is the beginning of taking charge of your health. You deserve to live your optimal life. I hold a Master's degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the University of Cincinnati, which informs my compassionate, respectful, and evidence-based approach. In our sessions together, I will support you in optimizing your ability to respond to internal and environmental challenges. Make the connection today, and let's partner together!

What should a new client know about working with you?

The initial visit will focus on establishing a therapeutic relationship and trust. You will be heard, there will be empathy, and your concerns will be discussed. At the end of the first session, you should feel emotionally safe, and treatment goals/plans will be formulated. A shared decision approach that takes your health needs and personal preferences into account will be used when selecting a treatment regimen. Follow-up visits will be shorter; focus on checking your progress, assessing for side effects of the treatment regimen, and adjusting goals/treatment regimen as needed.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
