“I genuinely love my doctor’s office—it’s been such a positive and comforting place for me. Every time I go, I feel like I’m being treated with real care and respect, not just as a patient, but as a person. The staff is kind, professional, and always makes me feel welcome. My doctor is amazing—thorough, compassionate, and really takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I never feel rushed or like just another number, and that kind of attention means a lot to me. They’ve helped me through a few tough moments with real understanding and support, and I truly feel like I’m in good hands every time I walk through the door. I’m so grateful to have found this office, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

Getting to know Adebola Ogunbiyi

PLEASE NOTE: A $150 charge applies for no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice). Hello, and welcome! My name is Bola Ogunbiyi, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 18 years of nursing experience across psychiatric care, intensive care, and telehealth. I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, valued, and supported on their journey toward emotional wellness. Throughout my nursing career, I have cared for individuals experiencing emotional distress, psychiatric challenges, serious medical conditions, and some of life's most vulnerable moments. These experiences have shaped my belief that meaningful mental healthcare requires more than addressing symptoms. It requires understanding the whole person. At Solid Foundation Psychiatry, I provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, individualized medication management, brief psychotherapy, and ongoing mental health support. My approach is rooted in compassion, clinical expertise, collaboration, and respect for each patient's unique experiences, cultural background, and personal goals. I value the connection between our thoughts, emotions, physical well-being, relationships, and daily habits. I believe that cultivating self-compassion, forgiveness, gratitude, love, emotional balance, and inner peace can be meaningful parts of personal growth and recovery. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, emotional stress, relationship difficulties, or other mental health challenges, my goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and hopeful about your future. You are more than your diagnosis, and your journey toward wellness deserves personalized, compassionate care. My Approach to Therapy and Holistic Healing I believe effective psychiatric treatment should address your emotional, psychological, physical, and social well-being. My approach combines evidence-based psychiatric care with supportive, whole-person wellness.
