What is your typical process for working with clients?
I strive to destigmatize mental health care and empower the people I work with. Whether it’s through talk therapy, mental health screenings, or medication management, my focus is always on helping patients move through barriers and take charge of their own healing.
In sessions, I often incorporate evidence-based tools like mindfulness, yoga, nutritional guidance, and education—all aimed at promoting long-term wellness, not just symptom relief. I believe in prevention, empowerment, and helping people feel confident in their journey toward stability and balance.

Dr. Ade was absolutely incredible genuinely one of the best doctors I’ve ever spoken to. From the very start, he made me feel seen and heard in a way that few doctors ever have. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and has one of the kindest, most genuine hearts imaginable. I was honestly unsure about scheduling an appointment on here at first, but as soon as I started talking to him, all that hesitation disappeared. He made me feel comfortable, understood, and hopeful. For the first time in a while, I felt like things were really going to get better. and that’s all thanks to the compassion and care he showed me.
