What is your typical process for working with clients?
After booking, client will be expected to upload a copy of the driver's license and insurance to the clinic email account before the encounter is started. We are not in a position to get the encounter started until the information is received.

I told him what I was prescribed and his response to that was “He’s the professional and he knows better than than anyone what I should be taking.” Even though I’ve been on the same medications for 7+ years and they work for me. Was not listening and extremely rude!! Do not recommend!!

Dr. Adegboyega is great. He is very knowledgeable and understanding and made me feel heard and understoodPlus he has great availability that offers flexibility for my late work schedule AND offers video visits which is very helpful and convenient. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor.

He was terrible. He basically told me he wanted nothing to do with treating me because I am pregnant and that him and his facility wanted no part in my health plan. He kept insisting ‘I am no longer one person, I am two’ due to carrying a child which I am obviously aware of! He then tried to convince me to take a medication I expressed I had terrible reactions to and retorted that I was not taking into consideration MY CHILD. When I would explicitly say I understand and I do consider my child’s wellbeing- he laughed at me and said that it’s either I treat my symptoms with the medication that makes my symptoms WORSE or no medication would be provided. I have a mental disability and this was extremely detrimental to my healing journey and discouraging to the point I want to give up on even reaching out for help.

I wasn’t sent the link for the video call until 20 minutes after the appointment was set to begin and then I was asked all the questions about insurance, medications, and medical history as if I didn’t fill out all the paperwork the night before. Then, my prescriptions were never called into the specified pharmacy and my calls about why my prescriptions were never called in remain unanswered.

He didn't prescribe me the right meds for anxiety but instead insisted I try some meds I have already tried in my past that didn't work and only made me sleepy and out of it. I have been trying to find a psychiatrist so I can better manage my anxiety. I don't understand why they want to prescribe meds that I have already proven not effective for me and refuse to prescribe meds that actually help with my anxiety and depression?
