My goal is to help you feel better, gain clarity, and see real progress in your daily life.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
In our first session, I’ll take time to understand your concerns through a thorough evaluation and open conversation. I use standardized assessments to ensure an accurate diagnosis. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that can include medication, therapy (such as CBT or mindfulness), and lifestyle adjustments. Follow-ups focus on tracking progress, making adjustments, and giving you tools to support long-term well-being and healing.
