Getting to know Adma Wilson-Romans
I am dedicated to helping my patients find their way through the tough times in life, guiding them on the path to healing and feeling good again. I believe in honest and clear communication, as well as developing meaningful relationships with the people I take care of. I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Alabama, a Master’s in Family Nursing from Barry University, a Post-Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Valdosta State University, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My care and treatment approach includes medication management, psychotherapy, or a combination of both. I do not prescribe stimulants or opioids. I use safe prescribing practiced as recommended by the DEA and State of Florida guidelines. I look forward to providing compassionate care for your mental health needs.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I will create a personalized treatment plan that includes medication, psychotherapy or a combination of each therapy.
