I still had to wait about 20 minutes after my appointment time. The assistant that brought me into the room didn’t introduce themselves so I had no idea who I was speaking to. She wasn’t welcoming at all. I had to stand there answering her questions, which made me a bit uncomfortable. She gives me a gown to change into and says the provider will be in shortly. Usually when you are left in a room to change into a gown, the provider should knock first before entering, there was none. She had a sluggish appearance and looked like she did not want to be there and just wanted to get through the visit quickly. As I was sitting there bei ng examined, the assistant comes back into the room, again, no knock or acknowledgement as to who was coming in. They need to work on welcoming new patients in.
