I drove from Nassau County to get the yellow fever vaccine. After checking in and waiting approximately 10 minutes I was informed that there were no more vaccines. Receiving a phone call conveying there were no more vaccines would have been appreciated.

Corinne, Shauna and Antoinette were fabulous from start to finish. Was checked in promptly by Corinne and Shauna took me into the room and discussed why I was there. Antoinette diagnosed me promptly and explained everything thoroughly.

The staff could use training on customer service and professional. They were having a derogatory conversation about another patient.

Staff was friendly. I was seen within 30 min of my appt. Prescriptions were sent to pharmacy and ready for me to pick up before I got home.

Despite having an appointment, 2 walk ins were seen before and left quick so I assume they read docket before taking in patients incase an appointment might take long. I waited 45 minutes before i was placed into a room, overall appointment took 1.5 hours. I don’t think thats how long a person should spend at a doctors office.
