I was greeted by a PA. I felt that she did not diagnosis me properly and two days later my symptoms have not subsided I was prescribed an antibiotic creme rather than oral antibiotics. Unfortunately I need further medical care.

I waited an hour and 15 minutes before I was seen. There was no one in the waiting room when I got there. After about a half hour the room filled up. Only 2 people came out of the exam rooms while I was there. I was seen an hour after my appointment time. I was told that immigration medicals had to be seen first. Never had this problem in the past.

Yes, I would go back to staff is amazing. Very helpful and they go out of their way to help you out. Place was clean. PA was really nice. I’ve been here for over four years now. Just love the place. Highly recommended to all my friends and family.

I came in for a cough that I had for over 5 days which was not improving, and chest congestion, and the doctor never even listened to my chest with a stethoscope. Nor did they check my pulse ox. The nurse just ran a viral panel and the doctor checked my the back of my throat. I wish she would have at least listened to my chest to confirm if I needed an inhaler or nebulizer as 4 days later my cough is basically still the same.
