Your first visit is an opportunity for us to become acquainted with to know each other. We will discuss your mental health history, current challenges, medications, and how your symptoms affect your daily life. Together, we will explore treatment options, which may include medication management, supportive counseling, lifestyle strategies, and referrals for additional therapy or services when appropriate.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in your care. I value open communication, shared decision-making, and evidence-based treatment. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood concerns, or other mental health challenges, we will work together at a pace that respects your needs and preferences.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
Each session is a welcoming, judgment-free space where we focus on your mental health needs, progress, and personal goals. We will begin by checking in on how you have been feeling, any challenges you have faced, and what you would like to address today.
Depending on your needs, we may discuss your symptoms, mood, sleep, stressors, daily functioning, and response to any prescribed medications. If you are receiving medication management, we will review your treatment plan, discuss benefits and possible side effects, and make adjustments when clinically appropriate. We may also explore coping strategies, healthy routines, and practical ways to manage symptoms between visits.
Your care is collaborative, which means your questions, preferences, and feedback matter. Together, we will identify what is working, address any concerns, and establish achievable next steps. Follow-up visits provide an opportunity to monitor your progress and make sure your treatment continues to meet your needs.
