About Dr. Afshin (Dr.Java) Javaherian
At our office, Dr. Java strives to make each and every patient feel at home as much as possible. He takes great pride in providing the best hospitality to every patient. With good vibes all around, he sincerely believes that laughter is the best medicine and likes to incorporate that motto into our treatments along with the highest quality care. Dr. Java strongly believes that patient satisfaction can only be achieved by providing the right treatment for the right condition in a friendly atmosphere at a reasonable price.
Dr. Java has completed his Bachelor of Science degrees from California State University, Northridge, and the University of California, Los Angeles. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Samuel Merritt University. He completed his one-year internship at the San Francisco VA Medical Center and then received his surgical residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Dr. Java is an active attending physician at Cedars-Sinai Hospital. He is board certified in primary care in podiatric medicine and surgery. He has completed his surgical training at San Francisco VA Medical Center and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
He is affiliated with the most advanced sports medicine institute in the United States, the International Sports Medicine Institute, working hand in hand with Dr. Leroy Perry for all sport-related injuries, including pool therapy.

Absolutely amazing and very professional. My first visit to a podiatrist and he made me feel very welcome and reassured.
