Super efficient office, very little wait time. Dr. Saleem was quick without seeming to be rushed. Will definitely be going back here from now on.
It seems like the doctor is truly listening and offers great advice.
Excellent doctor! I literally walked in filled out paper work and was called back. Office staff is so friendly. Dr. was very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely found my new GP.
Had blood testing done- was never called with my results.
Dr Saleem has such an awesome and authentic heart for his profession and for his patient's experience! He is engaging and genuinely cares about how you're feeling, ......and when you answer that question, he truly listens bc he really wants to know, vs. Just throwing out that dialogue in such a robotic manner, like so many doctors do, maybe out of a professional formality; but certainly not bc they genuinely care about your well-being! ALSO, his front desk professional, as well as his nurse are simply the BEST in creating a very upbeat and warm tone, which really kicks off the patient's first impression of their medical practice!! I am grateful for finding Dr Saleem & Team, and Highly recommend them all! __shannon
Very friendly staff! Dr. Salem was very personable and great listener. I feel very pleased with my visit and feel like I found my new primary physician!
Very pleased with this visit. Staff was efficient and friendly. I will continue to see him for my primary physician.
Literally noone there, I wasn't even done processing my check in, and they called me up. Lady took my vitals, and I explained everything. Doctor knew what anti biotics to prescribe me right away, and explained very thoroughly why other's won't work. Very well educated.
Very impressed with the speed of service, Dr. Saleem's kind, professional demeanor, and the efficiency of the office staff. It was overall a pleasant experience. Dr. Saleem exhibited no sign of being rushed as he asked probing questions and demonstrated that he was listening closely to my responses. Previous reviewers have complained about having to pay with cash or check, however, I am pleased to share that the office does accept credit and debit cards now. I was pleasantly surprised when I realized that less than 45 minutes after my appointment, I was out the door. Ruth, the nurse working today, was also kind, caring and professional.
Dr. Saleem is simply a great guy. I very much enjoyed chatting with him, and actually look forward to seeing him again next year.
It was great will se him again in the future.
Friendly and prompt. Easy location and parking
I saw Dr. Saleem for conjunctivitis (pink eye). He was professional and put me at ease, explaining the common causes for conjunctivitis and writing me an rx for drops. The office had ample parking and absolutely no wait time.
I selected Dr. Saleem for my husband's new pcp based on rating by patients and I must say I was so impressed that I changed my own pcp to Dr.Saleem. He takes the time to make sure you have an understanding, he doesn't get frustrated with your questions regardless of how many, and most importantly he will waste no time on trying to solve your concerns. His staff is also nice. I love these guys you can't find good caring doctors these days and I really admired that if your concerned about anything he will bring you peace of mind even if he has to recommend testing. Thanks Dr. Saleem... I will not be switching doctors for myself or myself. Were both very happy with Saleem and his staff.
Excellent doctor who truly cares about his patients
The staff was rude. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.
I just moved to Houston and needed a doctor. A friend referred me and I am very glad. Dr. Saleem really cares and I didn't feel like just a new name on a new chart.
The staff is unprofessional and extremely incompetent, which overshadows how effective Dr. Saleem is.
Dr Saleem was very good and took his time with me. Explained and answered all my questions. So glad I found him. His front office guy is GREAT. Warning this office only takes cash or check for payment.
Dr. Saleem is very knowledgeable and friendly! His staff is great! I felt valued after leaving his office.
I made my appointment for the Katy location and got a call the day before that they didn't have enough staffing for the Katy location. If they don't have enough staffing then Laty shouldn't be an option for an appointment.
Dr. Saleem is fantastic. I liked him the second he walked into the exam room. I told him what my symptoms were, and he got my treatment squared away. With that being done, he could have bid me farewell and moved to the next patient, as the whole point in me being there was satisfied. Instead, sensing that I was in no rush, and cognizant that this was my first appointment with him, he decided to chat with me, so that we could get to know each other, me being a new patient and all. He then proceeded to tell me about his residency and training as a young doctor (which was related to my ailments). The stories were anecdotal, of course, and he respected his patients' privacy. It was more about him developing a doctor-patient relationship with me, almost like he was interviewing for the job, yet remaining conversational. I could tell that he is a smart man, he cares about his patients, and he really likes what he does. He was very personable. It was easy to see that he is a people person and thrives on and is grateful for the opportunity to meet new people everyday to get to know them. I'm so glad I chose him when picking out a new PCP under my insurance. Dr. Saleem is a great doctor.
I like Dr. Saleem's professional attitude and was very helpful.
It was a good visit but I wouldn't go back. The receptionis didn't know my co-pay and didn't take debit so I had to go look for a bank to pull out money to pull out co pay and when returning no one was there to accept my co pay I had to staple it and leave a note on front desk and keep calling to assure money was accepted
After so many futile attempts with other medical professionals to obtain equipment & home care that was crucial - it only took 1 appointment with Dr. Saleem to "get the ball rolling" and everything happened the very next day! His staff was terrific and Dr. Saleem was friendly, professional and very caring. If you are looking for 1st rate care - Dr. Saleem.
Waste of time
I set my appointment through Zoc Doc for 10:30. The dr wasn't even in the office until 11 or so. I don't appreciate the tardiness, my time is also valuable. Also, it seems his family runs the office and the guy there seemed pretty unprofessional and had no sympathy for me setting an appointment for 10:30 and having to wait over 30 minutes for the doctor to even get there. I was running really high fever and had body aches. All signs pointed to the Flu but wanted to make sure and possibly get some medicine. He didn't even do a normal nasal flu test. Instead he sent me downstairs to get blood work. I did the blood work the morning of my appointment on 3/4/16. I got the results TODAY on 3/30/16. "Everything came back normal" they said. It took 26 days to get those results with no firm answer to what my illness was. Also, they charged me and my insurance more than what it cost to go to a specialist. Overall I had a very negative experience and probably won't return in the future.
Went there for a annual checkup, he asked me few questions in less than 5min no blood pressure, no blood tests nothing. Then he tried to cheat afterwards on the invoice he claimed it to be a complicated visit for 1h with a high co pay while my insurance covers the annual full.
Dr. Saleem was very personable and very thorough. Allowed me to give my full explanation of what was happening with me and seemed to really care that I wasn't feeling well. What he gave me worked well so far, hoping that I don't have to go back for an illness but I think I found my primary care doctor.
really good doctor.
I was impressed with this Doctor seemed concerned and on point.
My visit with Dr. Saleem was good. He was friendly and seemed genuinely concerned. The problem was with the front desk person. He was busy taking the weight, blood pressure, and initial assessment of patients while also having to cover the front desk, answering phones, send faxes, to properly address anyone coming in. On top of that, they only accept cash. And if they're going to only accept cash, they should have it posted somewhere AND have change. It seemed very disorganized. They need additional staff for better customer service and have a credit card machine.
Front desk or someone are not updated on appts.
All of the employees were very friendly and the doctor was able to see me quickly. They also projected a professional atmosphere and answered all of my questions.
Worse Dr I have ever seen...!
Fue rápido pero atento a la vez y amable
Went by quick finds out the problem and accesses the situation professionally
The doc was real nice and understanding, I would go back hopefully I don't.
I was a bit skeptical in the begining, there were no patients waiting for the doctor, the staff were friendly, the doctor showed up later ( 35 minutes late). He was cordial and to the point.
The whole thing seemed very rushed, and when I tried to explain the things that were going on with me(tiredness/body pain), it seemed to go in one ear and out the other. It didn't matter what I said, he had already formed an opinion about what he thought was the issue. Once he decided what he thought was wrong, he ushered me out to get bloodwork done. Didn't even bother to address the pain that i'm in, just sent me off to get bloodwork done. He spent less than 5 minutes actually with me. The "nurse" didnt even bother to do all the vitals and ear/nose/mouth checking that they do, just checked weight and went about his day. I will not be coming back, mainly because if I'm going to sit here and take time off and pay a copay and whatever else I may have to pay for, I would like for my doctor to actually listen to what is wrong with me and make a diagnosis based on that, not on whatever illness he decided to pull out of his hat at the moment.
I wasn't satisfied. ..I almost had to burst into tears to make him understand that I was in pain. .. I had to miss work to visit the doctor because of a swelling in my legs and he was gonna send me home in pain... I won't recommend anyone.
I love how right as I sat down. I was seen right away!!! Everyone in the office was so caring.
I specifically asked before going if the doctor was an ENT. His assistant ignored the question -- so I also asked if the doctor could remove ear wax and the assistant said to be sure and have the insurance copay with me. It appeared they were more interested in getting patients in then actually helping.
Dr. Saleem was very nice and listened carefully to my concerns. He asked a lot of questions, and explained his thought process for treatment.
Rude assistant. Not helpful or welcoming at all
He was fantastic! The office was prompt and efficient. Dr. Saleem was professional and didn't try to push unnecessary medication. I loved my visit, and will be making him my primary care doctor.
Dr. Saleem was very friendly and professional. He took his time to speak with me and was very thorough. His office staff was also friendly and helpful. I have been looking for a doctor close to where I work and live; I will continue seeing Dr. Saleem and would highly recommend him.
I thought Dr Saleem was excellent. His bedside manner was caring and professional and I would not hestitate to recommend him to friends or family.
Was asked to arrive 15 minutes earlier, ended up waiting 45 minutes to be seen anyways... Agha Sahir Saleem was fine, just felt the front of the office was a bit disorganized
Wasn't very concerned with the reason for my visit. Eager to give me a referral to another doctor without even checking into my concerns for himself.
Everything was great! I just thought it odd that credit cards weren't accepted.
very knowledgeable and listen to my concerns and
I went in for an annual physical and they weighed me, took my blood pressure, put a stethoscope to my chest and said that "you are breathing and look healthy, you are good. Goodbye." Honestly. I am not a complainer but they were completely unprofessional, said "we don't fill out paperwork" when I asked them to fill out a quick questionnaire from my health insurance provider and literally told me to leave because they wanted to go home at 2pm. I left feeling like I had just been swindled by a doctor. Now that counts as a visit and my insurance and I will get billed. They honestly did nothing and are billing me and the insurance company as a visit. I can put my hand on my chest, feel my heartbeat and say I am healthy as well. I do not recommend this doctor at all.
Dr. Saleem is conscientious yet practical. He listens well yet also provides direction. I never feel rushed and always learn something when we meet. He was my doctor when I was in the hospital and I have chosen to have him as my primary care physician since. I would strongly recommend him.
I will definitely use Dr. Saleem as my general physician in the future.
He was a great doctor, very forward and didn't beat around the bush!
I like the fact that he's board certified, well educated, made my mom feel comfortable with speaking to her in layman's terms, also the fact he took the time to answer all of our questions. The assistant called back 1 &1/2 days with lab results and recommendations from the doctor. I like that he is there one on one taking his own history and taking that time to answer questions and let all feel at ease. With the symptoms she was having he referred her to a cardiologist and gastroenterologist; I called and made the appt.s with his referrals and she's being seen in 1 week for both.
The doctor was really very good and friendly. He explained clearly about my problem. Only one thing I would like to point out to all patients is that he does not accept credit/ debit cards. So please take cash. I was lucky to have cash.
Very professional, would recommend!
It was awesome! He really cares about his patients.
