Through a lifestyle of discipline, dedication, and devotion to both her career and family, I learned the value of hard work, body respect, and the importance of good nutrition and consistent exercise as a first-line defense against chronic diseases and long-term illnesses. I received my B.S. degree in Nutrition from UCA in 1988 and completed my dietetic internship at UAMS in Little Rock in 1989. While working as a registered dietitian (RD), I raised 5 amazing children to adulthood and am proud to say that they are all healthy, hard-working, and responsible individuals with families of their own. To this date, I have 7 beautiful grandchildren that I simply adore, enjoy spoiling, and spending time with when I’m not working. With over 30 years of experience in settings ranging from public health clinics to diabetes and dialysis centers, I’ve had the privilege of counseling hundreds of individuals facing a wide range of health challenges—including obesity, heart disease, kidney failure, and disordered eating. My greatest reward as an RD is witnessing clients make meaningful progress toward their goals—because progress, not perfection, leads to lasting results. I’d be honored to support you on your nutritional journey and will meet you exactly where you are. A license is not required for this provider to see patients. This provider holds a Registered Dietitian certification with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
