i had an absolute lovely experience at my first appointment. the medical assistant was an absolute joy to interact with. we chatted for a bit and laughed together which made me feel so comfortable. i wasnt nervous at all stepping into my appointment but she made me feel so comfortable. i wish i remember her name but i explicitly told her that i hoped i got to see her every time i had to go back. i hope shes in all of my appointments! i’ll make sure to catch her name next time :) the doctor was a doll as well. despite it being a short visit, she was very patient, kind, gentle, and overall had great bedside manner. i have never been to a doctor’s appointment where i felt so calm and comfortable enough to return. im on the heavier side and typically that is the only topic of discussion in doctors appointments. not this time! but it will be something i look forward to discussing at my followup visit! if your insurance is accepted at this practice, give them a chance!

Great experience. I was asked a lot of questions about myself. The doctor answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed.
Annual Physicals have become a questionairre followed by some blood work. Bare minimum service.
Excellent doctor. I was seen and treated same day no need for a follow up appt. Simple the best.
Great!! I was in and out, got my tests done and a week later went in for results. Love Dr. Rao.
Great! Clean office space and very polite staff. Would recommend to all looking for a new PCP.

This is the best Dr. I have seen in a long time 10/10 recommend.
Wonderful Dr. and staff. Very informative and helpful.
Went in for a routine physical. Mentioned to the doctor that I was feeling light headed. My heart rate and blood pressure were recorded as high but both were dismissed as being due to "nerves". I went home and really wasn't feeling well and so I took my temperature which was over 102F. I had a fever while being seen by this health professional but this was missed despite there being signs.
Nice staff. Very professional

Waited an hour to be put back in a provider room… where I waited another 45 mins. The doctor came in and talked to me about paperwork and let me leave the entire appointment could’ve been done via email and I could’ve gotten blood work on my own.

Very unpleasant staff (except two nurses), the doctor’s bedside manner is not the greatest and is definitely not the best at explaining things. Everything felt so rushed and stressful. Would not recommend.
Nice doctor, just brusque. I always review my blood work and like other doctors this one did not talk to me about being prediabetic or any of the other small red flags regarding my cholestreol etc. Pretty standard for Western Health Care but disappointing. No talk about my diet or excercise. Cut me off while I was answering a question. Very much a turn and burn appointment.
Dr did not listen to me and talked over me

I like this medical office and I have been there before, seen by other doctors. But I was very disappointed by this particular doctor. She did not listen to my concerns, she kept interrupting me when I just tried to asnwer the questions and she kept suggesting procedures she thought I might need without even hearing what is my need. I would not recommend her.
The staff was friendly but the doctor wasn’t carrying or friendly she didn’t make me feel comfortable she stopped me a couple of times saying first we talk about this and then we go back.

Extremely thoughtful and kind listener. Appreciated how well she listened to symptoms and repeated back to me to make sure I was understood.
I really liked the visit w/Dr. Rao. I haven't seen a doctor in a few years b/c honestly. I don't like the doctors. Most doctors made me feel like a lab rat (I have a condition) but Dr. Rao made me feel human w/her empathy, patience, undertstanding, and real care.
Dr. Rao is an incredible doctor. She makes her patients feel very comfortable and understood. She takes her time in explaining everything and plays close attention to detail. Would recommend her highly.
I was very pleased to have met Dr. Rao. She was very easy-going and made me feel very comfortable right away and was able to tell her all my concerns. She took her time explaining things to me in detail and assured me with all questions answered. I am in great hands.
Dr. Rao was like a breath of fresh air. I have never met a doctor that was so knowledgeable yet so humble and endearing due to her great bedside manners and empathy towards her patients.
The staff was super, helpful and pleasant & the doctor was outstanding. I just moved from California & was looking for a new primary care doctor & I'm so glad I found her. She's all I can ask for.
The staff was very welcoming & helpful. The doctor was very kind and showed me in every wasy possible with I should make her my new doctor. As soon as she walked in, she greeted me warmly, asked lots of questions to better learn and understand me, showed compassion and care for well-being. She's amazing and I'm so lucky to have found her.
The appointment was fast and efficient. Dr. Rao was very straight to the point and she asked questions and explained things thoroughly. Also has great bedside manners.
Dr. Rao is a brilliant and compassionate doctor who really shows how every doctor should really be. She sets a great example around her colleagues and should seriously take note. Very patient, kind hearted, professional, smart, one of a kind.
