About Dr. Ahmed Ansari
Dr. Ansari is a board-certified dermatologist. He specializes in general dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, and dermatologic surgery. Dr. Ansari graduated from Yale University with a degree in molecular cellular and developmental biology. Dr. Ansari earned his medical degree at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. He completed his dermatology residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
Additionally, Dr. Ansari has participated in an array of different dermatologic research and presentations, and he has published several dermatology journal articles on a variety of topics ranging from skin cancer to leprosy and autoimmune blistering diseases. He enjoys utilizing his vast dermatologic knowledge to teach and mentor medical students.
According to Dr. Ansari, the most rewarding aspect about being a dermatologist is caring for patients, building long term relationships with them, and watching their cutaneous health improve.
At home, Dr. Ansari enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, traveling, watching and playing basketball, watching Formula 1 racing, playing board games, cooking, kayaking, snorkeling, and hiking.

I moved from another state, Had two bad experiences with dermatologists, I have Palmar Psoriasis and have had it for years. I know what works but they weren't willing to listen. In addition I asked for a prescription for generic LATISSE and generic Renova. The first office PA did not even know what Latisse was. ] Second year the Dr had an impossible schedule and I was cancelled due to a problem with her child. I get that but she was a solo practice and they cancelled me halfway through the hour's drive.. Second time there I am arguing with receptionist about whether this was a medical or cosmetic visit. I just finally walked out. \Dr Ansari Wam, attentive and paid attention. For my Palmar Psoriasis when it flares sometimes a 10 day round of Amocillin will knock it out Other two doctors would not do. Dr Ansari had no problem. He also examined a small place on my nose. Broken blood vessel which he zapped away. Great visit . follow up in 6 months just Love this Dr.

On one hand, I appreciate the smooth check-in/check-out process and being seen on time. On the other, I feel like I was churned through the office in a rush. Between the time Dr. Ansari came in to see me and him telling me what he was prescribing me was about 90 seconds. I’m not sure I would’ve received all the information I needed, like how to incorporate the treatments into my current routine, if I hadn’t asked. Definitely efficient, but I was looking for more thoughtful care.

I had a wonderful experience at this office! The dermatologist was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to thoroughly explain every part of my visit. I felt well taken care of, and I appreciated how attentive he was was in addressing my concerns. Highly recommend Dr. Ansari!!

When I came in, the receptionist at the desk was quick and got me checked in right away. She gave me the tablet to fill out my information and about 5 mins later they called my name an led me to the patient rooms. They asked me about what brought me in and addressed all my concerns. It didn’t take long for the doctor to come. He listened to what I was saying an was able to solve all of the issues that I came in for. He was very professional and gave good recommendations. I would definitely come back! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a dermatologist to come to the office!
