What should a new client know about working with you?
Clients can expect sessions to be client driven with compassion, empathy and understanding. I strive to have my clients come away from sessions feeling like they have a plan of action for the following week. My clients should feel empowered and gain a sense of control using the skills they learn in the session.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Dr. Dabreo was incredible. While logistically, things didn’t completely work out she still referred me to PMHNP in my state and was extremely helpful. I felt heard for teh fusrg time in YEARS. She explained and broke down all the reasons for her recommendations and allowed me to truly express myself. I highly recommend her.

Aida was very considerate and took a conversational approach which I greatly appreciated. She asked many questions to better understand me and my needs for treatment but I never felt like I was being interrogated. From our first appt it’s expedient she approaches her work holistically and is never opposed to explaining and breaking down concepts for her patients to better understand.

For my intake appointment, Dr. Dabreo shared she was under the weather and needed to reschedule for a sooner time, which was worked out. However, during the intake, Dr. Dabreo was very short with me and cutting me off while I was speaking. After a while, I felt very uncomfortable sharing details with her because I felt like she was condescending towards me. After the appointment, I thought she may have been this way because she wasn’t feeling well. Then there were a few interactions via phone call and text that were very rude. At this point, I decided to find another provider and cancel the follow up appointment with Dr. Dabreo. When she learned that I canceled the appointment, I explained that I decided to transfer care and to let me know if there was anything she needed from me. Her response, “There is nothing that I need from you…” I didn’t read the rest of the messages because this response really upset me.

Never loved another psychiatrist more than Aida, trust me i’ve meet a lot of psychiatrists and no one else is like her. She took the time out of her day to talked to me for 2 hours. Great listener and gives amazing advice and knows what she is doing. I would highly recommend!
